cleaning

well, i'm drawing a blank on a "waste" post.

so i thought i'd tackle a subject that
very often feels like a real waste of time.
but probably isn't completely.

to intro this idea, here is one of my favorite quotes:

“Cleaning your house while your kids are still growing
is like shoveling the sidewalk before it stops snowing”
~ Phyllis Diller

right?!?!?!

i'm sure that every one of you who
has small children has had this experience
...many, many times.

consequently, my house usually looks something like this.
from here.

not horribly messy (much of the time),
but just as i get one room tidied up
(often with help from the rugrats),
i turn around and the
next room has completely exploded.

perhaps you can relate?

well, here are some more thoughts
to make you feel right at home.

from this talented artist.

yes!

from here.

exactly!

 and in conclusion.
from here.

here's to a rapturously euphoric
and hysterical (aka messy) weekend!
TGIF!
